Booking is confirmed once the payment is done, upon sending a screenshot of your payment.
In case of recorded courses/workshops, you're expected to receive your purchased course right after confirming your payment.
Kindly note that any payment made regarding either live or recorded courses or coaching sessions cannot be refunded.
